Refund policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026. This policy applies to paid cohort enrollments confirmed by invoice with Smartnetinfrastructure.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for confirmed paid seats when you cancel within the timeframe below and have not substantially consumed cohort materials. “Substantial consumption” means attending more than one live module or downloading more than twenty percent of distributed datasets.
Timeframe
Request a full refund no later than fourteen (14) days after payment clearance and at least seven (7) days before the cohort start date. Requests outside this window are assessed for partial credit only.
Full and partial refunds
Full refunds return one hundred percent of the seat fee when eligibility and timeframe are met. Partial refunds of up to fifty percent may be offered if you withdraw after the full-refund window but before the third live module, less any non-recoverable facilitator costs disclosed on your invoice.
Non-refundable items
Private kickoff facilitation already delivered, custom dataset preparation fees, and third-party examination vouchers (if any) are non-refundable once work has begun. Complimentary briefings have no fee and therefore no refund.
Refund process
Email info@smartnetinfrastructure.digital with your full name, invoice number, cohort name, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies for full or partial refund.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may require additional details. Currency conversion differences charged by your bank are outside our control.
Cancellation by Smartnetinfrastructure
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of the seat fee. We are not responsible for travel or incidental costs unless expressly agreed in writing.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service obligations may qualify for a transfer or goodwill credit outside the standard window, at our reasonable discretion.
